9th 10th week, slacking week 9 and getting serious week 10. Curious how bad my discipline is. Anyways, I am getting in better shape and have decided to do a local 10k on the 1st of April.
6th and 7th week. Not inspired again. Gained half a kilo last week. bouncing back forth between 78.5 and 78. I am not going to make the goal... Well, well.
Down another half kilo, goes slow. No running until today friday. Which means I'll have to run today, saturday and sunday in order to keep up the c25k program. Lot of partying this week, quite a lot of alcohol...
